Rule 32
Vacancy
The post of Executive Director shall be deemed to be vacant in the following cases:-
(a) If he resigns before the Government of Nepal,
(b) on completion of his term of office,
(c) in case of his death,
(d) If there is no qualification as per Rule 30.
